2026 Christmas Gift-Wrapping - EOIs

The Christmas count down has started and we are looking for expressions of interest from volunteers to spread holiday cheer with Guide Dogs Queensland at our 2026 gift-wrapping stalls!

We will be running stalls at the following locations and dates:

• Strathpine Shopping Centre  7 Dec - 24 Dec
• Caloundra Shopping Centre  7 Dec - 24 Dec
• Capalaba Central Shopping Centre 7 Dec - 24 Dec
• Westfield North Lakes 11 Dec - 24 Dec
• Runaway Bay Shopping Centre 12 Dec - 24 Dec

What's required?

• Volunteers must be comfortable handling cash and EFTPOS
• Volunteers must be comfortable speaking to members of the public
• Volunteers must be aged 12+ (and attending with a parent or guardian if under 16)
• Volunteers must be able to commit to their full shift time (usually 3 or more hours)

Don't worry - we aren't looking for any expert gift-wrappers. Whether you are a seasoned pro, a first-time volunteer, or simply want to join your family and friends for some festive fun, please register your interest and we will be in touch when shifts become available!
