2026 Gold Coast Show

Guide Dogs Queensland will be at the Gold Coast Show this year talking all things volunteer recruitment, puppy raising and boarding care. Join us for a weekend of family fun and help us talk to attendees about the wonderful work Guide Dogs does.

Dates: Friday 28 August - Sunday 30 August

Time: Shifts available from 9:00AM - 1:30PM or 1:00PM - 5:30PM

Location: Broadwater Parklands, Marine Parade, Southport

The role: Your responsibilities on the day will involve: 

- Greeting and welcoming attendees

- Handing out flyers and information

- Answering general questions about volunteering

No experience is necessary (first time volunteers are very welcome!). We'll provide all the support and information you need on the day.
As a thank you for your support, parking costs will be reimbursed up to $40 per day, helping to make volunteering at this event even easier.
