Calendar Mailout
Help us prepare our annual calendars for their journey across Queensland!
Each year, Guide Dogs Queensland sends an A3 calendar to our clients and supporters, and we’re looking for volunteers to help us get this year’s calendars labelled, packed and ready for postage.
Activities may include:
Preparing calendars and mailout materials
Packing calendars into envelopes or mailing packs
Labelling and sorting mail
Packing completed mailouts into boxes or cages
Moving boxes of calendars and materials
General packing and preparation tasks
No specific experience is required, and our team will show you everything you need to know when you arrive.
Please note that this shift involves repetitive tasks such as applying labels to calendars and placing completed calendars into a postage cage.
Location: Guide Dogs Queensland's Head Office (1978 Gympie Road, Bald Hills)
